Elizabeth Ministry is designed to support
women and their families during the joys, challenges and sorrows of the
childbearing years. Elizabeth Ministers are volunteers who offer prayer support and friendship to other women who are hoping to conceive or adopt, are expecting, celebrating the birth of a child or are mourning a miscarriage or death of a child. ROSEBUD PROGRAM
The Rosebud Program is a visible sign for all of our parish community to be aware of those who need our prayers for child-bearing situations.
A vase of roses is located in the front of the Church on the left-hand side. If you need prayers of support for pregnancy or adoption, becoming pregnant, or if you are mourning the loss of a child through miscarriage, stillbirth or infant or child death, you are invited to pick the appropriate color rosebud, fill in the attached tag and place the bud in the vase provided. There are also prayer cards to take home with you corresponding to each colored rose. For more information, call Tracey Coleman or Anne Broussard.
