Highlights for this year:

The eighth grade participates in many exciting events throughout the school year.  The student's final year holds many fond memories for them and their families.

What would you like your students to take away from this year?

I would like my students to leave feeling confident and prepared for high school. I hope that they know that Notre Dame de Lourdes School will always be a home and a safe haven should they need one,

Why did you become a teacher?

I became a teacher because I felt it was the vocation God was calling me to live.  I felt that through teaching I would be able to serve God and his people. God has sent me his many blessings.

What is your favorite lesson to teach?

My favorite lesson to teach is the one where all my students are engaged and interested in what we are learning.  I especially love when this happens during religion class and we are learning about Jesus.

What is one thing your students don't know about you?

My students do not know that I am a NASCAR Racing fan.  I watch the races on Sundays and love to go to as many as I can in person.
