We are super excited to announce that 5th-grade student, Autumn B., has been selected by the Philadelphia Phillies as a Most Outstanding reader in the Phillies Phanatic About Reading program! Mrs. Shay was also recognized as the sponsoring teacher and will be honored along with Autumn at the Phillies game on 5/19. Autumn was one of the five outstanding readers chosen from 146,000 total applicants. Congratulations!

Congratulations to the Award winning NDDL faculty for their participation in and presentation of the variety of student projects during the Archdiocese of Philadelphia STREAM Expo 2024 hosted by @Cardinal O'Hara High School. Our students, at all grade levels, did an amazing job combining their knowledge of science, technology, engineering, art, religion, and math to complete all the work displayed at the expo.

The end of the 2nd trimester gave us the opportunity to recognize students in grades 4-8 that excelled in specific subject areas.

Congratulations to Notre Dame's Grade Eight for being the #1 Eighth Grade Team players in First in Math in the nation.

Congratulations go out to Autumn B. who was the top 5th grader in all five counties of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. She also ranked 17th in the country. Amazing job, Autumn!

Thanks go out to our NDDL students Liam B., Helena G., Alexander M., and Andrea D.; faculty Mrs. Liz Dwyer and Mrs. Diana Pileggi; and parents Mrs. Drass and Mr. McKinney for volunteering during the Million Meal Pack-A-Thon which was held at Drexelbrook on Monday, January 15. Meals were assembled and packed to be shipped to children in places of food insecurity. Thank you for your volunteerism!

Our local Catholic high schools have informed us that the following students have been awarded honors folowing the 1st quarter marking period. We are so proud of all of them!

The Notre Dame-Our Lady 6-8th grade co-ed soccer team defeated St. Bernadette's team on Sunday at Bonner-Prendie field to become Region 30 Champions.

Following their Nov. 5-8 visit, the volunteers from the Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Seccondary Schools completed a critical review of all aspects of our school's curriculum, student activities, facilities, and finances and is recommending Notre Dame de Lourdes be approved for reaccreditation this Spring.
